Getting Started

Group classes:

Any one completely new to CrossFit must attend and complete the On Ramp Program.  The On Ramp Program is conducted in a small group setting and is designed for people brand new to CrossFit and its methodology.  The program is 12 sessions dedicated to gaining the knowledge and ability necessary to the fundamental CrossFit movements, flexibility training and proper nutrition.  Upon completion of the On Ramp Program, athletes will emerge with the knowledge and ability to participate in our open classes.

All 12 Classes must be completed before moving into open classes.  You are allowed to miss a maximum of 2 classes which must be made up on a Saturday.

Individual classes:

The On Ramp Program is also available for individuals who may require different times or special attention.  The program is 9 sessions dedicated to gaining the knowledge and ability necessary to the fundamental CrossFit movements, flexibility and mobility training, and proper nutrition.  Upon completion of the On Ramp Program, the athlete will emerge with the knowledge and ability to participate in our open classes or continue with personal training.

All 9 classes must be completed in the allotted time before moving into the open classes.  You are allowed to miss a maximum of 2 classes which may be made up on a Saturday.

Consultations:

Anyone with past weightlifting, gymnastic, or endurance background, or is currently a competitive athlete, is welcome to come in for an evaluation of their current fitness levels, flexibility and mobility, and nutrition.  We want you to be the best you can in all of your endeavors in life.
